Terms of use
The rules for using TravCrew and Premium.
Last updated: 4 November 2026
The short version
- TravCrew is a tool for Travian Legends players and alliances. It does not belong to Travian Games.
- Use it with respect: no cheating, harassment, spam or trying to see other alliances' data.
- You follow Travian's rules. TravCrew never plays for you.
- Premium costs 4.99 USD a month, renews by itself and you cancel it whenever you want. The price of your subscription never goes up.
- We do our best for everything to work and the maths to be right, but we are not responsible for what happens in the game.
The summary helps you understand; the full text below is what counts.
What TravCrew is
A web tool to coordinate Travian Legends alliances: ops, defence, alarms, sitters, calculators and more. It is made and run by Santiago Alonso (CheWeb, Argentina).
By creating an account or using TravCrew you accept these terms and the Privacy page. If you do not agree, do not use it.
TravCrew and Travian
TravCrew is not made, sponsored or approved by Travian Games GmbH. "Travian" is a trademark of Travian Games.
TravCrew never reads the game live, never asks for your Travian password and never sends troops: you do everything in the game. You are responsible for following Travian's rules (for example, those about sitters and shared accounts). If in doubt, ask Travian support.
Your account
- You sign in with email and password, Google or Discord. One account per person.
- Look after your password and do not share your session. What is done with your account is your responsibility.
- If you think someone got into your account, change your password and tell us.
- You must be the minimum age stated on the Privacy page.
What is not allowed
- Cheating in the game, or using bots, scripts or extensions that read or control Travian together with TravCrew.
- Trying to see or change data of other alliances or other people without permission.
- Attacking, overloading or testing TravCrew's security without permission (for example, with programs that make lots of requests).
- Harassing, insulting, threatening or discriminating against anyone (in chat, names or notes).
- Sending spam or advertising.
- Pretending to be someone else.
- Uploading anything illegal or that is not yours.
- Copying, reselling or scraping TravCrew for another site.
What you upload
What you paste or type is still yours. You give us permission to store it and show it to your alliance according to the permissions, only so TravCrew works. You are responsible for what you upload. We may delete anything that breaks these rules.
Alliances and ranks
The owner and Leaders of each alliance manage ranks and permissions: they decide who sees what inside their alliance. TravCrew does not get involved in an alliance's internal disputes.
Who charges you
Payments are collected by Lemon Squeezy, the official seller ("Merchant of Record"): it processes the payment, works out the taxes and gives you the invoice. TravCrew never sees your card. When paying you also accept Lemon Squeezy's buyer terms.
Refunds and withdrawal
Refunds go through Lemon Squeezy, under its buyer terms. If something did not work as it should, write to us: Santi may refund you when he thinks it is fair.
In Argentina, you have the "Cancel a purchase" button ("Botón de arrepentimiento", at the bottom of every page): 10 calendar days from the purchase to revoke it, without giving a reason or signing up, and we give you a request code (Law 24,240, article 34, and Resolution 424/2020).
If you live in the European Union (or in a country with a similar law), you generally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. Premium is a digital service that starts straight away: if you ask for it to start now, that right may end or only cover what you have not used, depending on your country's law.
Nothing here limits the consumer rights your country's law gives you.
How the service works
- TravCrew is provided "as is", without warranties. We do our best to keep it working.
- Calculations (travel, combat, times) are checked twice and, if the data does not add up, we do not show a number. They can still fail.
- The map comes from Travian once a day and may arrive late.
- Alarms also depend on your device, your browser and your internet connection.
- We may change, add or remove features, and TravCrew may stop for a while for maintenance. If it is something important, we warn you first.
Liability
TravCrew is not responsible for what you lose in the game (troops, villages, resources, an attack that did not land or an alarm that did not ring), for what other users do, or for what Travian Games decides (for example, a ban).
As far as the law allows, TravCrew's liability is limited to what you paid it in the last 12 months. This does not limit what the law does not allow to be limited.
Leaving or suspending an account
- You can leave whenever you want: delete your account in My settings (cancel any subscription first).
- We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. If we close an account that did not break the rules, we refund the unused part of Premium.
- If TravCrew ever closes, we will give notice in advance and stop charging.
Changes to these terms
If we change something important, we tell you in TravCrew before it applies. If you keep using TravCrew, you accept the change; if you do not agree, you can cancel and delete your account.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. If you are a consumer living in another country, the mandatory laws of your country also protect you, and you can bring a claim where you live if that law allows it.
